uPVC Corrugated Sheet for Warehouse/Factory/Stadium

Fangxing Synthetic uPVC sheet is an outstanding roofing and wallcladding materials, coated with Sabic ASA resin and co-extruded under extreme heat and pressure. It's commonly used as modern roof sheet and wallcladding in unobstructed wide-open manufacturing areas such as factory, stadium and warehouse.

Unique Design - The trapezoidal 'TT' and 'WW' designs are amazingly strong and tough, which can carry more load than plain materials, contributing to a great degree of safety, when it comes to regular maintainance or repairs. See the test report of loading for reference.

The design also helps the rain water drain to the valley gutter, keeping roof more reliably water-tight.

Spring-arched/Curved - Curved sheets give low-slope roofs a peculier neatness and attractiveness. Fangxing uPVC sheet can be used for both curved roofing and walling applications. The curved ratio is flexible upon the purlin space request of different types. We recommend the ratio keep between 1:5 and 1:20, email us if you're not sure.

Weatherproofed - In the Freeze-thaw Cycling Test of 1,000 hours, Fangxing uPVC corrugated sheet has no crack, stain nor bubble.

Anti Corrosion - The top layer of synthetic resin is resistant against chemical corrosion, such as acid, alkali, salt and other corrosive chemicals. It has superior performance for the plant located in corrosive acid regions.

Excellent Heat Insulation - Thermal conductivity is 0.22 W/(m.K), which is 1/3 ofclay tile, 1/5 of concrete tile(10mm thick), 1/2000 of color steel tile(0.5mm thick). It meets the heat insulation requirement of industry park.

Fast-install - Overlap each sheet and drill hole, then fix with screw/nail. And it's very convenient to load, transport, install and disassemble Fangxing uPVC corrugated sheet. Roofer can easily handle roofing and wallcladding project.

Fire-retardant - In PVC industry, Fangxing uPVC corrugated sheet achieves B1 fireproof class in National Chemical Lab, which means it strongly delays fire combustion.
